Up early at 5:30am for work. I actually can nap for a bit when I’m on call too but very tired when I get out.
I watched the very good “I Love Dick” that Amazon has the pilot for. I think I want to read the book.
I also finally finished Jim Harrison’s “The Summer He Didn’t Die.” Beautiful day and I wanted to read more but I went downstairs and took a nap for about 90 minutes.
I felt much better and then took about a 45 minute pokewalk.
Naps can really make me feel more balanced. I wish sometimes I could set my own schedule and nap when I needed to.
I’m getting a CPAP machine on Wednesday and wondering if I will need less naps. I am often quite tired so it would be a good change.
