We all have daily practices. Simple stuff like how we get up. Showering, flossing, brushing teeth.
Walking the dog, feeding the cat, breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, etc.
One of my daily practices is doing this blog everyday since around Thanksgiving.
Another is my Three Good Things post on Facebook that is now up to 398 days after I finish this blogpost I will do it.
I want to play guitar most days, I like to sing, dance, walk, play games, have a beer, eat good food, read, laugh, etc.
But doing something daily like writing really does work for me. Without this daily practice my blogging gets sporadic.
