I saw a cool post on Facebook today about a fork theory.
That we can only be poked and prodded so many times before it’s too much.
And how much we can take depends on our mental health, our physical health, stuff going on in our lives, etc.
And if it’s too much it’s important to back away.
I really like this quite a bit. It’s important to realize when life becomes too much and to adapt.
Also to ask for help when we need it. Even if it’s can I step away for a minute. Or can you chat?
