Blogging Month

I completed blogging every day in March.

It doesn’t seem to be igniting my creative engine right now.

So it goes.

I think I will just blog occasionally for now.

Time will tell.

I’m feeling tender this weekend with the sixth anniversary today of my dad’s death coming Monday.

I’m just trying to take it easy.

I know I can be fragile during this time.

Sadness comes in waves.

Lots of sports on tonight. NASCAR, tennis, the NCAA Basketball Tournament for men and women.

Fun to switch between them and what an episode of the Magicians too.

If I want to concentrate on anything, even just watching sports, I put the phone in another room

It makes a huge difference.

It’s sad how much attention phones take.

Even better if I am outside and reading when the phone is insane.

Better still when I am at Rites of Spring and Twilight Covening in the Berkshires and my phone can’t even connect.

Phones are wonderful things for stuff like GPS, messages or phone calls but they are awfully distracting.

Praying can be underrated.

It’s good for the soul and you hope it helps others.

I know I’ve seen positive energy sent out from the Earthspirit Community change lives.
