My doctor had me do some IGG bloodwork tests for eggs, milk and wheat and I came up positive with all of them.
For cow’s milk it was 2.49 class I.
For wheat 3.55 class II
For eggs 4.52 class II.
I looked online and there seemed to be some questions whether the IGG is a good test.
But, food avoidance for a month and then seeing if there is a sensitivity makes a lot of sense for me.
But, I really like wheats, eggs and milk. And most especially bread.
It will be hard for me to do but I think I need to buck up and try it.
I have had tiredness, headaches, phlegm, IBS, etc that could be food related.
What do you all think and do you have any suggestions?
