I declared last week that 2012 would be year of spirit for me.

So I wanted to talk about one of my spiritual practices of the overflowing heart. It’s a type of meditation where you let both the joys and sorrows of the world and the world around you enter your overflowing heart. Literally stating that you put it in the vastness of your overflowing heart. It’s calming, it’s centering, it makes you feel more a part of the world.
I also love heart prayers where I breathe in but 2 hands on my heart, think about what I want to pray about and breathe in and out .. When I want to send out a prayer I open my hands and breathe out deeply. It can be repeated as many times as you would like, and then I pray for gratitude for hearing prayer.
The world moves so fast, and there is so much to see, it’s important to pray, send your thoughts and remember what’s important. It’s also important to move your worries from your brain to your heart.
I would like to my teacher’s works Whispering Deer but she hasn’t published them.
Blessed be.
